Babies don’t come with user
manuals. That’s a parent’s first experience with helplessness. As the kids
grow, we don’t have navigation systems to see where they are heading and how
they are getting there.
Since we worked in various
Fortune 100 companies in the USA and C-DoT, Infosys, Wipro in India, involved
in hiring & training process, also completed Interview Certificate Program
(USA). How corporate companies measuring the Technical Competency and
Behavioural Competency? We are shaping our students to meet corporate
needs.
After +2, If students
choose their right career based on interest and hobby, the success rate as well
as satisfaction level will be very high, but as per NASSCOM survey says 80%
candidate choose wrong career after X and XII.
Sangford school wants
eradicate this situation we strictly follow Howard Gardner* MI Test model at
VIII Std entry and keep recording marks, assessing thru data mining technique.
(*Howard Gardner from Harvard Graduate School of Education at Harvard
University, Cambridge, MA USA). We don’t allow our students to choose courses
after 12th - under the influence of friends and relatives.
We guide our students based
on their Area of Interest, Personality, Aptitude, Assessing Strengths and
Weakness, Skill, Opportunities, Capability, Nature of work, financial aid and
scholarship.
6th to 12th We are running classroom
foundation courses for OLYMPIAD, JEE, NEET and CLAT, NATA, CUCET, CA-CPT entrance
examinations. SAT/TOEFL/AP preparatory course for higher studies in abroad USA,
Australia, UK and Singapore.
Career is a major feature in people’s life. Not only does it provide
them with the means of survival in terms of Food, Clothing and Shelter, but
also the type of work undertaken by individuals. It has a major impact upon
their self-identity, social status and standard of living. The path towards
successful and informed selection of areas of study is shown in this ongoing
